RTPR assisted the Centrokinetic medical network and Dr Bogdan Andrei, the founder of the clinics, regarding the sale of a minority stake to the growth equity investment fund Agista, part of the Impetum group.
The Centrokinetic network was founded in 2016 by orthopedic doctor Bogdan Andrei and specialises in orthopedics, neurology and medical rehabilitation and operates 3 clinics in Bucharest.
