RTPR assisted Evolution Prest Systems S.R.L., the company that owns the e-commerce website www.evoMAG.ro specialised in IT&C, telecoms and FMCG products, in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake in Elefant Online, the owner of the online store elefant.ro. RTPR also advised private equity fund Catalyst Romania, a minority shareholder in Elefant Online on the sale of its participation to evoMAG. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Competition Council and the fulfilment of the conditions precedent agreed by the parties.
