Directors’ duties and liabilities have consistently been crucial aspects of corporate governance. This topic has gained renewed attention in the context of recent sustainability regulations, which directly impact directors’ responsibilities and exposure.
RTPR has collaborated with Allen & Overy and ecoDa (the European Confederation of Directors Associations) and with local input from PWC (Greece) to conduct a comprehensive survey across 15 European countries to examine the current state of directors’ duties and liabilities.
