Successfully represented the National Bank of Romania in relation to a dispute with the ultimate shareholder of Banca Carpatica
Successfully represented RBS Bank Romania in an ICC arbitration held in Vienna, in relation to a contractual dispute
An international financial institution on a Loan Agreement made available to Libra Internet Bank, for the financing of eligible sub-loans to be granted to MSMEs
An international financial institution on a EUR 40 million financing granted to Credit Europe Bank to be used for supporting local small businesses
Successfully representing Allianz Tiriac Asigurari before the Romanian Competition Council in a cartel investigation which was closed following the rejection of the Investigation Report (which recommended heavy fines) without any sanctions being applied
Aegon Societate de Administrare a unui Fond de Pensii Administrat Privat S.A. in court proceedings against the decision of the Romanian Competition Council for the annulment of the decision under which the company was sanctioned along with other managing companies of mandatory private pension funds (Pillar II) for an alleged allocation of customers. The fine has been reduced with 80%.
